Privacy Policy
Kelvara protects onchain positions without holding your keys or your funds. We apply the same idea to your information: we collect what the product needs to work, and nothing more.
Who we are
Kelvara is operated by its founding team. The legal entity is being formed; once it is registered, this policy will name it as the controller of your information. Until then, questions and requests go to [email protected].
What this policy covers
This website (kelvara.xyz and its documentation) and the Kelvara app at app.kelvara.xyz.
This website
- No cookies or analytics. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site, under its own privacy statement.
- Live slot feed. The homepage shows the current Solana slot by connecting your browser directly to a public Solana RPC endpoint. That operator can see your IP address for the connection.
- Booking a demo. Demo bookings go through Calendly. What you enter there is handled by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
The Kelvara app
When you use the app, we process:
- Wallet addresses you connect or check, with the onchain data linked to them, such as positions, token accounts, delegates and transactions. This data is already public on the Solana blockchain.
- Signed protection transactions. If you enroll in protection, we store the exact transactions you signed in advance, encrypted at rest, so they can be sent when your policy says so. We cannot alter them.
- Protection settings such as policies, grants, and execution and reconciliation records.
- Session and security data such as wallet sign-in proofs, session identifiers, IP addresses and request logs, used to authenticate you and keep the service safe.
We never ask for or receive your seed phrase or private keys. Signing always happens in your own wallet.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you asked for: monitoring, alerts, wallet checks and protection. (Legal basis: performance of a contract.)
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems. (Legal basis: legitimate interests.)
- To answer you when you contact us. (Legal basis: legitimate interests.)
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Infrastructure providers that host and run the service, such as cloud hosting, storage and Solana RPC providers, acting on our instructions.
- The Solana network. Transactions we submit on your behalf become public onchain, as with any Solana transaction.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account and protection data while you use the service. Signed transactions are kept until they are used, revoked or invalidated. Execution records are kept as long as needed to evidence what happened. Logs are kept for a limited period for security. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. We cannot delete data recorded on the blockchain.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your information, and you can object to how we use it. To make a request, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Kelvara is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will give notice in the app.
