Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of kelvara.xyz, its documentation and the Kelvara app at app.kelvara.xyz (together, "Kelvara"). By using Kelvara you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

In short
  • Kelvara never holds your keys or your funds. You sign everything in your own wallet.
  • Kelvara watches the accounts that control supported positions and can send only the exact exit you signed in advance.
  • It is a tool, not advice, insurance or a guarantee. Monitoring and execution can fail, and you remain responsible for your positions.

01Who we are

Kelvara is operated by its founding team. The legal entity is being formed; once it is registered, these terms will name it. Until then, you can reach us at [email protected].

02What Kelvara does

For supported positions, Kelvara:

The supported positions are listed in the documentation. Coverage differs by position and capability, and we may add or remove positions.

03Non-custodial by design

04Your responsibilities

05Acceptable use

You must not:

If you find a security issue, please report it privately to [email protected] before disclosing it.

06Not advice, insurance or a guarantee

Kelvara is a monitoring and execution tool. It is not investment, legal or tax advice, an audit of any protocol, insurance or a guarantee against loss. An alert, a reading or a protection trigger is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

07Risks and limits

DeFi is risky and you can lose some or all of your funds. In particular:

The Limitations page sets out what Kelvara does not promise.

08Service availability and changes

Kelvara is under active development. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, supported positions or networks, and we may use a kill switch to stop automatic sending if we believe it is unsafe. We will try to give notice of significant changes in the app, but we don't promise that Kelvara will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09Fees

Kelvara is currently free to use. Solana network fees and priority fees for your transactions are paid from your wallet as part of the transactions you sign. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you are charged.

10Intellectual property

Kelvara's software, design, text and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Kelvara under these terms. Onchain data remains public, and your wallet and its assets remain yours.

11Third-party services

Kelvara works with services we don't control, including the Solana network, Kamino and other protocols, Squads, wallet providers, RPC providers and Calendly. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

12Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kelvara is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or yield, or losses caused by protocols, networks, wallets or other third parties, by market movements, or by your own actions or instructions. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intentional misconduct, or removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

13Ending use

You can stop using Kelvara at any time and invalidate any pre-signed exits you have given us. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as risks, liability and governing law, continue to apply.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, give notice in the app. If you keep using Kelvara after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
